How long does delivery take?
- Germany: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-6 business days
- Worldwide: 6-15 business days
Counted from the day after dispatch, public holidays excluded.
I have not received my order yet.
Every parcel is tracked and insured, so it can be located at any time. Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, it usually shows exactly where your order is.
If the tracking has not moved for weeks, use the form with your order number. We will chase it down and sort it out.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
Ordering from the United States? We cover all duties and import charges for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Nothing gets added later.
For other countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, each country sets its own rules and customs duties or import VAT may be collected on delivery. We are working hard to cover those destinations too.
Inside the EU nothing extra applies. All prices include VAT.
Which size should I choose?
Every product page has a full size chart in centimetres and inches, plus the model's height and the size he wears. As a rule: T-Shirts, Women's Shirts and Shorts are true to size. Hoodies and Crewnecks run small, size up if in doubt. Oversized Shirts run large, size down if in doubt.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days from receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
