Before You Write
Where is my order?
Every parcel ships tracked and insured. The tracking link in the shipping confirmation shows where the order is. If the tracking has not moved for a week, write to the team with the order number and it gets chased down.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 1 to 2 business days.
Europe: 2 to 6 business days.
Worldwide: 6 to 15 business days.
Counted from the day after dispatch, public holidays excluded.
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Start the return in your account; the steps are on the Returns page.
Which size should I choose?
Every product page has a size chart in centimeters and inches, plus the model's height and the size worn in the photos. T-shirts and crewnecks run true to size, and oversized shirts run large. For hoodies, the fit advice on each product page applies.
