Returns
Items that have not been washed or worn can be returned within 30 days after receipt. All tags must still be attached.
How to submit a return request
- Click the profile icon in the store navigation.
- Log in to your account with the email address you used for your order.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note if you want to.
- Click "Request return".
Once your return is approved you will receive an email with the shipping instructions. We usually respond within one day.
Your refund
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse we refund you using the same payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider it can take a few more days until the money appears on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different size or another product? Send the item back for a refund and place a new order right away. That way you secure the stock immediately instead of waiting for a swap.
