Refund policy

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for purposes which are predominantly not attributable to your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal pursuant to section 1, you shall bear the regular cost of returning the goods.

Returns via our website are possible as follows:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the menu
  2. Log in to your account (same e-mail address as used in your order)
  3. Click on the order you wish to return
  4. Select the respective items
  5. Choose the reason and optionally add a note
  6. Click on "Request return"

After reviewing your return request, you will receive an email from us with the return shipping instructions. The response time is usually no more than one day. Once the product has arrived at our facility, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment. If you have any questions, you can always contact support (click here).
Of course, you may also return the goods to us using other means.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts

  • for the delivery of goods which are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, or which are not suitable for return due to their nature, or are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date,

  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which a proper withdrawal notice has been received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the sample withdrawal form or submit another clear statement — including via our website (insert internet address) — to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once we receive your withdrawal, we will immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (insert name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods, if applicable) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
