Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day leave the warehouse in Pfullendorf the same day. Anything later goes out the next business day. Every parcel ships tracked and insured, and the tracking link arrives by email as soon as it is on its way.

Germany: 1 to 2 business days.

Europe: 2 to 6 business days.

Worldwide: 6 to 15 business days.

Counted from the day after dispatch, public holidays excluded.

Every parcel is tracked and insured, so it can always be located. The tracking link in the shipping confirmation usually shows where the order is.

If the tracking has not moved for a week, write to service@brothersinarms.shop with the order number, and the team chases it down. No man left behind.

Shipping is free from 69 EUR within Germany, from 89 EUR within Europe and from 109 EUR worldwide. Below that, the cost is calculated by weight and destination and shown in the cart before payment.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, bank transfer and Brothers in Arms gift cards work everywhere.

Depending on the country, local methods show up at checkout too: iDEAL and Wero in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, TWINT in Switzerland, MobilePay in Denmark and Finland, BLIK and Przelewy24 in Poland.

Orders shipped to the United States include all duties and import charges in the checkout price. For other countries outside the EU, the destination country may collect customs duties or import VAT on delivery. Inside the EU, all prices include VAT and nothing extra applies.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. A return started from the account page sends instructions by email, and the refund reaches the original payment method once the parcel arrives back.

Every product page lists a full size chart in centimeters and inches, plus the model's height and the size worn in the photos. T-shirts and crewnecks run true to size, and oversized shirts run large. For hoodies, the fit advice on each product page applies. Sizes span S to 3XL.

T-shirts are 100 percent cotton. Hoodies are a cotton-polyester blend. The exact composition of every piece is listed in the specifications on its product page.

Every design is screen-printed. The print stays sharp and does not crack or fade, even after years of wear and washing, as long as the care instructions are followed.

Wash at 30 degrees Celsius, inside out. Iron around the print, never directly on it. Treated this way, a shirt keeps its shape, color and print for years.

Digital products need no shipping. The download link appears right after the purchase and arrives by email as well. Gift cards come by email with the code ready to use.

Digital purchases also stay in the account, so they can be downloaded again at any time.
