We ship all paid shipments within 24-48 hours (excluding pre-orders) to ensure you receive your new favorite items as quickly as possible. You'll receive an individual e-mail with the tracking code.

If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking, you can easily track your order using the tracking code we have sent you by e-mail.

Alternatively, you can click on the profile icon in the menu bar and log into your profile. Then select your order and click on the current shipment status to see detailed information and your tracking code.

Goods Mail is an efficient shipping alternative for small orders (like a t-shirt or a flag), which may take considerably longer than regular parcels. Waiting times of up to 3-4 weeks are completely normal. We offer both tracked and untracked shipping.

Regular packages are the fastest way to get the order to you. They are shipped via DHL (or DHL Premium) and always come with a tracking code as well as full insurance.

Peak times such as Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. extend the average delivery time by 1-2 weeks. There is no need to worry if shipping takes longer during this period.

No, that's absolutely normal. Goods Mail is treated more like a letter than a parcel (hence the name), which is why it takes longer to ship, especially overseas. Nevertheless, all parcels will be delivered reliably and we just need to be a little more patient.

In most cases, the package is still on its way and just needs a little more time. With Goods Mail, waiting times of up to 3-4 weeks are completely normal. At peak times, such as Christmas, it can take 5-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive.

We have a successful delivery rate of over 99.9%. If however, the parcel is returned to us, we will inform you immediately. No package, with or without tracking, gets lost.
