How fast will my order be shipped?
We ship all paid shipments within 24-48 hours (excluding pre-orders) to ensure you receive your new favorite items as quickly as possible. You'll receive an individual e-mail with the tracking code.
Where's the difference between GOODS MAIL / PACKAGES?
Goods Mail is an efficient shipping alternative for small orders (like a t-shirt or a flag), which may take considerably longer than regular parcels. Waiting times of up to 3-4 weeks are completely normal. We offer both tracked and untracked shipping.
Regular packages are the fastest way to get the order to you. They are shipped via DHL (or DHL Premium) and always come with a tracking code as well as full insurance.
What's the shipping time for GOODS MAIL?
- Germany: 1-4 Days
- Europe: 1-4 Weeks
- USA & Canada: 3-5 Weeks
- Other: 4-6 Weeks
Peak times such as Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. extend the average delivery time by 1-2 weeks. There is no need to worry if shipping takes longer during this period.
What's the shipping time for PACKAGES?
- Germany: 1-2 Days
- Europe: 3-6 Days
- USA & Canada: 10-12 Days
- Other: 1-2 Weeks

My GOODS MAIL order takes longer than regular parcels. Is that unusual?
No, that's absolutely normal. Goods Mail is treated more like a letter than a parcel (hence the name), which is why it takes longer to ship, especially overseas. Nevertheless, all parcels will be delivered reliably and we just need to be a little more patient.
I haven't received my order.
In most cases, the package is still on its way and just needs a little more time. With Goods Mail, waiting times of up to 3-4 weeks are completely normal. At peak times, such as Christmas, it can take 5-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive.
We have a successful delivery rate of over 99.9%. If however, the parcel is returned to us, we will inform you immediately. No package, with or without tracking, gets lost.

What material is your clothing made of?
All our textiles are made from high-quality organic cotton for maximum comfort, durability and resistance.
While our T-shirts have a 100% cotton content, our hoodies are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester for improved flexibility in all conditions.
How good is the quality of the print?
We print our garments locally here in Germany using the highest quality printing method. This guarantees that the print will not fade or crumble even after repeated use and washing.
How do I receive digital products such as wallpapers?
Immediately after your purchase, we will provide you with a download link to download the digital content quickly and securely. You will also receive an email with the same download link.
As you may want to access your digital content in the future, it will be saved in your account and available for download at any time. To access it, simply log in to your account in our store with the same e-mail you have used for your order.
