Which size should I order?

Cut short in the body, not narrow. Compare the length in the size chart with a hoodie you own.

What is the hoodie made of?

80% cotton and 20% polyester at 280 g/m², brushed inside, with a double-layer hood.

Does the print last?

Yes. Every design is screen printed one color at a time, and our prints do not wash out.

How do I wash it?

Wash at 30 °C, inside out, and let it air dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

Where is it made?

Designed and screen printed in Germany. The country where the garment was sewn is on its label.

Can I send it back?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The piece has to be unworn, unwashed and still carry its tags. You start the return in your account.

Who pays for the return?

In Germany the return is free: you get a DHL label. From every other country you pay the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes. Send the piece back and note the size you want. The new one ships as soon as your return is in.

Where does my order ship from?

From our warehouse in Pfullendorf, Germany. Orders placed before noon on a business day leave the same day. For the United States, duties and import charges are included in the price.

Is there a discount for service members?
