QUESTIONS
How does it attach?
Hook-and-loop. The hook side sits on the back and grips any loop field: plate carrier, backpack, cap, jacket. A loop piece comes with it, for gear that has none.
How big is it?
Up to 10 cm on the long side. The exact size is in the spec sheet on this page.
PVC, woven, embroidered or printed: what is the difference?
PVC patches are molded rubber with a 3D relief; they wipe clean and take rain. Woven and embroidered patches are thread on fabric, the classic look. Printed patches carry the designs that are too detailed for thread.
What does shipping cost?
Free from 69 € in Germany, 89 € in the rest of Europe and 109 € worldwide. Below that, the cart shows the exact amount before you pay.
Where does my order ship from?
From our warehouse in Pfullendorf, Germany. Orders placed before noon on a business day leave the same day. For the United States, duties and import charges are included in the price.
Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The piece has to be unused and in the condition it arrived in. You start the return in your account.
Who pays for the return?
In Germany the return is free: you get a DHL label. From every other country you pay the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay.
Is there a discount for service members?
Yes. Active duty, veterans, police, fire and rescue: write to service@brothersinarms.shop with proof of service and we send you the code.
