QUESTIONS

How big is the flag?

150 by 100 cm, with a metal grommet in each corner.

Can I hang it outside?

Yes. The flag is made for indoors and outdoors. Rain and normal wind are no problem for a long time.

How do I hang it?

Through the grommets. Two hooks or nails in the top corners are enough; a cord through all four keeps it taut.

What is it made of?

100% polyester. The hems are folded and sewn twice on all four sides, so the edges take wind without fraying.

What does shipping cost?

Free from 69 € in Germany, 89 € in the rest of Europe and 109 € worldwide. Below that, the cart shows the exact amount before you pay.

Where does my order ship from?

From our warehouse in Pfullendorf, Germany. Orders placed before noon on a business day leave the same day. For the United States, duties and import charges are included in the price.

Can I send it back?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The piece has to be unused and in the condition it arrived in. You start the return in your account.

Who pays for the return?

In Germany the return is free: you get a DHL label. From every other country you pay the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay.

Is there a discount for service members?

Yes. Active duty, veterans, police, fire and rescue: write to service@brothersinarms.shop with proof of service and we send you the code.
